Faces is a project which evolved from papermaking. It uses many different media, including digital printing, paper casting, drawing, etc. The faces have been inspired by tribal art, existing art from different cultures, as well as contemporary photographs of people. Hand made paper and combining different media are crucial to the project. The individual works are intended to be displayed in groups, as an installations, but can also exist separately.
